Using our own design staff of Engineers and Architects, or partnering with an architect at the onset of the project, allow the team to focus on every detail that matters from the client’s perspective. Lenox Hill Construction acts as the client’s single-point contact, from project scope conception & definition through project completion.

Particularly well suited for highly complicated designs and budget-sensitive projects, the Design/ Build method allows for both fast track construction (construction can begin while final details and later-stage elements are still being finalized) and a significant degree of value-engineering (the process of selecting budget-conscious architectural, structural, and mechanical elements during the design and subcontractor bidding phases).

The Design/ Build process allows Lenox Hill Construction to provide a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for the entire project during the initial stages of the design phase.
